  1. Acceptance of terms  

The customer acknowledges having read and accepted without reservation these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) at the time of ordering. They govern the contractual relationship between Laboratoire Phytomisan and the customer.

  1. Products

The products offered on www.phytomisan.com are described precisely (composition, recommended use).

Photos Non-contractual. Laboratoire Phytomisan reserves the right to modify its product range, prices, and availability at any time. Food supplements: are not a substitute for a varied diet; do not exceed the stated dose; keep out of reach of children.

  1. Control

          Shopping cart validation → acceptance of terms and conditions → payment = firm order. Automatic recording systems constitute proof of the nature, content, and date of the order.

         Phytomisan Laboratory reserves the right to cancel any abnormal order (suspected fraud, obvious error). The information provided by the customer is their responsibility: incorrect address = customer liability. Verification/correction is possible before validation.

  1. Shipping
  • Metropolitan France: Colissimo 24-48h (immediate payment) or 3-5 days (cheque). Delivery to mailbox + tracking.
  • European Union: Colissimo with signature, 2-7 working days.
  • Delivery time: 24-48 hours after validation. Shipping delays will be communicated by email.

             Delivery delay (>7 days): right of cancellation/refund (art. L216-2 Consumer Code).

  1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

            In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

            Conditions: Products sealed, in original packaging.
             Return to: Phytomisan Laboratory, 14 Rue de l'Ours, 68200 Mulhouse.
             Return shipping costs: Customer (France €3,99 / EU €7,99 / World €9,99).
             Refund: Within 14 days via the original method (excluding return shipping costs).

             Withdrawal form (downloadable or by registered letter):

  • Euros including VAT (VAT not applicable art. 293B CGI or 5,5% depending on products).
  • Shipping costs: €3,99/package. Free shipping on orders over €99 (mainland France).
  • Final price indicated in order confirmation.
  • Invoice: Downloadable in “My Account” (not sent with package).
  1. Payment

            Secure payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), cheque (made out to “Phytomisan”).

  • Immediate payment: Shipping within 24-48 hours.
  • Cheque: Shipping 3-5 days after clearance.

    Payment centre refusal = automatic cancellation + email notification.

  • Compliance: 2 years (art. L217-4 Consumer Code).
  • Hidden defects: art. 1641 Civil Code.
