Why is there no black pepper in the formula?
Because piperine alters drug metabolism, in addition to increasing curcumin absorption, we prefer a matrix that does not interfere with ongoing treatments.
What is the difference between turmeric powder and standardized extract?
A dried rhizome contains 2 to 5% curcuminoids. A 95% standardized extract contains twenty to forty times more in equal quantities. A label stating "500 mg of turmeric" without specifying which of the two forms is used is unusable.
How many curcuminoids per day with Curcumisan Plus?
Approximately 265 mg per two capsules, of which 256 mg comes from the extract standardized to 95%.
What does fermentation bring?
This involves a rhizome transformation process. We do not currently publish bioavailability data specific to our extract, and therefore we do not claim any numerical absorption rate.
Can it be taken long-term?

What are the other assets and what are they used for?
