1. Acceptance of conditions
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the special conditions of sale set out on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Phytomisan and its customer, both parties accept them without reservation.
2. products
Most of the products offered for sale on this website at www.phytomisan.fr to its customers are available in our warehouse. Laboratoire Phytomisan reserves the right to modify its collection at any time and to change the list, prices and product ranges.
3. order
Laboratoire PHYTOMISAN offers you the possibility of ordering according to the means of your choice, in order to better satisfy you. Automatic recording systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. Laboratoire PHYTOMISAN reserves the right to cancel any customer order. The
information stated by the buyer, when taking the order, commits the latter: in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which he could deliver the product. The Customer has the possibility to check the details of his draft order and to correct any errors.
4. Delivery
After receiving the order, Laboratoire PHYTOMISAN undertakes to send by Colissimo post within 24 – 48 hours in Metropolitan France, if the order with payment by Paypal or bank transfer has arrived and for the order by check within 3 to 5 days . Standard delivery by Colissimo, delivered to the mailbox without signature but with the tracking number 2-3 working days. Deliveries in EEC countries are made by Colissimo with signature but with the tracking number within 2 to 7 days. The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within 24 – 48 hours after validation of the order. In case of late shipment, an email will be sent to you to inform you of any consequences on the delivery time indicated to you.
In accordance with the legal provisions, in the event of late delivery, you benefit from the possibility of canceling the order under the conditions and methods defined in article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. If in the meantime you receive the product, we will reimburse it and the shipping costs under the conditions of article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.
5. Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code (article L121-21 and following), the customer has the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days, (from the date of receipt of the items). To return the item unopened in its original packaging to Laboratoire Phytomisan, 14, Rue de l'Ours, 68200 Mulhouse, you have a downloadable withdrawal form below which you must send by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Phytomisan company
is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of actual shipping costs, for France, €5,00, Europe, €8,00 and for the rest of the world €10,00 . The refund is made within a maximum period of 7 to 15 days.
6. Price
The price is expressed in Euros. The price indicated on the product sheets does not include transport. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final net price. (VAT not applicable art. 293 B of the CGI). The transport price is 5.00 Euros for each package and shipping costs are offered from 89 euros of order.
The order form and the invoice are available directly by order on the site and can be printed after validating the order. We do not send you the invoice with the delivery.
7. Payment
The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by Laboratoire Phytomisan. The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the actual order. Payment is made by Paypal, credit card, visa or MasterCard or by check or by bank transfer or money order. (Make the check payable to Phytomisan). In case of refusal of said centers, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer will be notified by e-mail. Check orders will ship within 3-5 days of clearing the check.
8. Disputes
