It is a herb against all suffering,” says a well-known proverb in India. Turmeric (Curcuma longa), is a plant whose rhizome (underground stem), is considered in the tropical and subtropical regions of Asia as a universal remedy. What is it really? A popular spice The turmeric rhizome, once dug up, is peeled, dried and then reduced to powder. Pale yellow in color, it is one of the most recognized medicinal plants thanks to its preventive properties. Traditional medicines from China, India (Ayurveda), Thailand and Indonesia have used it for centuries to stimulate digestion and treat related disorders. Curcumin is the main element of the plant which can contain from 60 to 95% for a root of excellent quality. The arrival of turmeric in Europe corresponds to that of curry brought back from India by the British in the 19th century. Turmeric belongs to the ginger family. In Western cuisine, this spice is best known for its pungent taste and as a component of curry. In prevention, turmeric can be taken every day in raw vegetables, because it does not cause any adverse effects. An exceptional composition Turmeric is remarkably rich in vitamins and minerals, such as iron and manganese. It is therefore an alkalizing spice and therefore effective against tissue acidosis, often the cause of inflammatory states. A veritable panacea There are more than 7000 references in international scientific publications, which can treat nearly 700 conditions. This wide range makes turmeric considered a panacea. But its many therapeutic virtues all stem from its exceptional antioxidant, blood-thinning and remineralizing properties. Turmeric is therefore naturally effective against inflammation and degeneration diseases which are diseases of oxidation, deficiencies or plethora. • The anti-inflammatory power of turmeric is very effective in preventing all diseases that develop from inflammation that often goes unnoticed. Turmeric can thus treat osteoarthritis, tendonitis, neuralgia, sciatica. In Asian countries, it is prescribed against all pains (muscular, joint), rheumatism, polyarthritis, arteriosclerosis, cerebral and coronary complications, neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer's, Parkinson's). Studies have shown that during radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the combination of curcumin has reduced inflammation and skin lesions. Another comparative study showed that curcumin was as effective as a classic anti-inflammatory (phenylbutazone) in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. As for turmeric, doses of 2 g per day for 6 to 12 weeks have produced effects on people suffering from osteoarthritis. These results confirm those obtained during a preliminary trial which showed beneficial effects of curcumin on Crohn's disease. • The antioxidant properties give turmeric powerful preventive anti-cancer properties. In the laboratory, several studies have shown that by stimulating the self-destruction of cancer cells (apoptosis), turmeric inhibits tumor progression in the body.

could therefore prevent several types of cancer (lung, colon, stomach, liver, skin, breast, testicles, ovaries, esophagus, lymphoma and leukemia). It could also protect the stomach lining against the bacterium Helicobacter pylori, responsible for stomach cancer and accelerate the healing of gastrointestinal ulcers. We also note that in countries where turmeric is consumed daily, cancers are less frequent than in Western countries. • The mineral richness of turmeric remineralizes the body and helps in the event of a fracture and in the treatment of osteoporosis. The active ingredient curcumin may partially reverse postmenopausal bone loss in estrogen-deficient women. • The purifying capacity of turmeric is also recognized. This plant is a powerful blood purifier, which promotes blood circulation, because the pigments of turmeric protect the fatty substances in the blood from oxidation, including cholesterol, which it helps to reduce. Turmeric could therefore prevent the risk of cardiovascular disease. The World Health Organization recognizes the effectiveness of turmeric in stimulating digestion and treating dyspepsia, that is to say digestive disorders (stomachache, nausea, loss of appetite or bloating). It acts with the liver enzymes responsible for detoxification, to facilitate the elimination of certain toxins such as arsenic and those linked to taking medication. It is also effective in protecting against respiratory infections (bronchitis, asthma, otitis, flu, colds, sore throats, angina) and protects all the organs (intestinal, liver, stomach, kidneys, pancreas). Finally, it participates in the regeneration of hepatic cells (alcohol, pollutants, etc.) and in strengthening the immune system, by preventing infectious diseases (viruses, bacteria) and by promoting the growth of red and white blood cells. • In external use, turmeric can be applied as a poultice to treat pathologies such as eczema, psoriasis or fungal infections. An excellent natural product The incredible strength of turmeric is that it allows a profound improvement in the functioning of all the organs of the body and the metabolism. It therefore effectively protects the body from many diseases and chronic pathologies. But, turmeric can increase the action of anti-inflammatory and anti-coagulant drugs, must be used with caution in combination with these drugs. These tips do not replace the advice of a doctor or pharmacist. If the symptoms persist, you should quickly consult your doctor.

Passionate about health and natural medicine, he wondered how his colleagues did in the past to treat the sick without chemistry and modern techniques. To find the answer to this question, he immersed himself in ancient literature and drew inspiration from the works of great physicians, including Doctor Avicenna (980–1037). From these ancient books, he selected more than 300 plants and then undertook research by linking ancient knowledge and modern science. After four years of work, Dr. Nasim established the formulation of his herbal products to create the Labo Phytomisan range. Designed with love and respect, these 100% natural products, not tested on animals, without synthetic fragrances and dyes, are all of excellent organic quality. They are aimed at customers looking for effective products to bring relief, relaxation and well-being on a daily basis. Today Phytomisan products are marketed in several countries, including France, Germany, England, Morocco and Canada. An excellent antioxidant: Curcumisan Plus By Dr Shahid Nasim Curcumisan Plus from the Phytomisan lab is the first fermented turmeric presented in capsules. Associated with pomegranate, olive and black nigella, it is a food supplement of great value, confirmed by the bioelectronic measurements carried out by the ABE(1). Turmeric (Curcuma Longa)

In the monographs of the World Health Organization (WHO), the use of turmeric is recommended to treat digestive problems and inflammatory diseases (rheumatism, arthritis, osteoarthritis) and cardiovascular disorders, as shown epidemiological studies. The risk of cancer can be contained with these properties. In this regard, turmeric is used to prevent the formation of tumors and to prevent cancer. Turmeric helps in the treatment of osteoporosis and to reverse post-menopausal bone loss in women with estrogen deficiency. Turmeric by reducing free radicals, is a natural antioxidant. The antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity of turmeric, useful to prevent Alzheimer's disease, contributes to good nervous and mental balance. Pomegranate (Punica Granatum) It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antiproliferative effects, which slow down the evolution of cancer cells. Particularly effective against prostate cancer, it would also have a protective role against breast and colon cancer. Its action on cases of breast and prostate cancer is explained by its regulatory effect on estrogen, while its action on colon cancer is activated by the tannins it contains and which act through the digestive tract. These effects come in particular from its isoflavones (phytoestrogens) which help to reduce cancer cells. What makes pomegranate even more exceptional is that it combines the effects of tannins and flavonoids, giving it a double anti-cancer action. Olive (Olea Europea Powder) Olive leaf extract has hypoglycemic, mild diuretic and antioxidant properties. It is also used against hypertension, cholesterol, fever and overweight (obesity). Black nigella (Nigella Sativa Powder) Black nigella (cumin) seeds have many properties, since they are said to be analgesic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antifungal, anti-hypertensive, antioxidant, antispasmodic, antiviral and antidiabetic. They would also be inducers of interferon, protective of the kidneys, inhibitors of tumor necrosis factor (anti-TNFa). They would also have a positive effect on the digestive functions, including the flora of the intestine, thanks to the rich content of different nutrients, which considerably reduce the number of harmful bacteria and digestive disorders (gastric and intestinal pain, flatulence, etc.) . They are also beneficial on allergic reactions (allergy to dust, pollen, asthma, etc.). Every day we are confronted with various inconveniences: stress, fatigue and pressures that assail us, preventing us from fully enjoying life. A course of Curcumisan Plus can help increase our vitality. The usual dosage of CURCUMISAN PLUS is 2 to 4 capsules per day during meals. It can be increased, according to the pathologies and the needs, without however exceeding 9 capsules per day. A minimum cure of three months is recommended to rebalance an organism.
