From physiological necessities to defense reactions

            By breathing fresh air every day and consuming good foods adapted to human physiology, health is particularly flourishing and life unfolds with great potential forenergizede and an almost permanent good mood. Health is always expressed by the joy of living. On the other hand, by breathing stale or even polluted air and by consuming bad foods, the body finds itself "violated" by these toxins and it reacts by expressing its distress through allergies, intolerances, disturbed digestions, which accompanied by fatigue, inflammation, discomfort and often illness.

            To free itself from the sources of poisoning, the body quickly sets up defense mechanisms, more or less effective depending on the energy potential available. He may suddenly reject the "poison" which intoxicates him, by vomiting or diarrhoea. If the energy is less present, the elimination will be slower, in the form of mouth ulcers, pruritus, rhinitis, urticaria, asthma or cystitis, etc. If the energy reserve is very low, the organism will no longer be able to expel the poisons which will remain inside the body in one of the organs. These "retentions" are the cause of joint pain, edema, migraines and chronic fatigue, which can lead to syncope and even lesional diseases.

Main general causes of intolerances and allergies

            There are many causes of allergies and intolerances. In these well-listed lists, we can mention unknown nutrients, coming from hybridized cereals, GMOs, nanoparticles and certain exotic fruits (bananas, pineapple, etc.), toxic molecules, contained in drugs given to animals (hormones, vaccines , antibiotics) and those from agriculture (pesticides) and the agri-food industry (preservatives), but also the usual poisons for the body, in particular heavy metals and drugs (alcoholic drinks, sugary drinks and tobacco ).

            But there are also medications supposed to "cure", which can create allergies. Some ointments are thus incriminated which can cause eczema-type reactions, but also antibiotics (neomycin, penicillin), anti-inflammatories, antiepileptics, beta-blockers, certain analgesics and even the tetanus vaccine. The list of "allergenic" drugs is very long and I invite readers to carefully read the effects "secondary", before accepting treatment.

            Respiratory and especially digestive problems can also come from nutritional errors, such as digestive incompatibilities which associate, for example, fruits and sweet desserts at the end of a meal and excess drinks during the meal. These errors cause unpleasant "flatulence" that disrupts digestion. 

            Finally, these respiratory and digestive difficulties are amplified by psychological causes. Stress (worries, preoccupations) creates tension and major stress very badly experienced (conflicts, frustrations) creates surges which increase the need for compensation, to “indulge” oneself with an excess of food, alcohol or desserts.

Additional causes of intolerances

            Depending on the level of fragility, there are also foods that can for some people create reactions of rejection or distress. Each human being is different, it is up to each one to "test" the good assimilation of these foods, since they can sometimes be "harmful". Among these widely consumed products we can cite the hybridized cereals wheat (bread, pasta, pastries) and corn, sweet products (jam, chocolate, pastry, cakes), some fruit (orange, lemon, walnut, banana), certain plants (celery, soybeans, peanuts, fries, peas, spices), certain fats (margarine, mayonnaise, refined oil) and certain drinks exciting (coffee) and alcoholic (wine, beer).

            Foods from the animal world can also cause problems for some people. We must all remain vigilant and not hesitate to give up a food which poses a problem of intolerance or allergy. These foods include industrial milk and its derivatives (butter, cream, yoghurt, fromage blanc, fatty cheese), egg whites and sometimes whole eggs, fatty meats (pork, beef, etc.), shellfish (crab, shrimp, etc.) and certain fish (sardines, anchovies, smoked fish, etc.).

            Industrial food is often the cause of intolerances, which you should be aware of for fragile people. This is the case for preserves, cold cuts and prepared meals, as they too often contain chemical products harmful (preservatives, colorants, flavor enhancers, antioxidants) and sometimes overdoses sugar, salt and harmful fats. Anyway industrial foods promote obesity and degeneration. Everyone would do well to avoid them...

            Finally, there are also digestive disruptors, including excess food, excess drink (water and wine) during the meal, excess sugar and salt, excess fat, lack of of chewing and the excess of toxins (alcohol, tobacco and drugs).

Conditions for good digestion

            To digest well, we should take the time, because each meal is particularly important, since it generates health and happiness. It would therefore be advisable first to choose the food well, then to prepare your own food if possible and finally to eat in peace and relaxation, because the meal is a great moment of joy and pleasure. Healthy eating can be summed up in 8 tips (see attached).  

The 8 healthy eating tips 1 – Raw vegetables: vegetables (carrots…) and fruit (apple, cherry). 2 – Supplements: herbs (garlic), spices, seeds, lacto-fermented. 3 – Cooked vegetables (spinach, zucchini…) and cooked fruits. 4 – Slow carbohydrates (bread, quinoa, rice, pasta, p. of t). 5 – Proteins: fish, meat, egg, pulses (beans, etc.). 6 – Fats: 1st pressure oil, organic butter and cream. 7 – Few dairy products, 8 – Desserts and sugars (very rarely)

            Food should be divided into 3 meals, without no snacking between meals.

            Morning breakfast should make it possible to fill upvital energy with juicy fruits (for vitamin C), oleaginous fruits (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds) for vitamin E, and dried fruits rehydrated the day before (goji, apricot, etc.), for their well assimilated fructose. Always add a little oil rich in omega 3 (walnut, camelina) and a mineralizer (pollen, seaweed, etc.) to the bowl. As a drink, start with a fruit juice fresh organic (lemon, orange, grapefruit) and at the end a small cup of hot drink (green tea, roibos…). You will thus have lot of energy without knowing the reactive hypoglycemia experienced by all those who take the French breakfast (coffee, bread, pasteurized butter, jam, etc.).

            Lunch and dinner should understand, a dish of raw vegetables indispensable (vitamins, minerals, etc.), a complete dish of 3 cooked foods (starchy foods, vegetables, lean proteins) and without taking dessert, which should become very exceptional. You will have rapid digestion, stimulated by living foods and in addition you will be able to save your glands, your organs and especially your pancreas. Your health will be preserved.
