Active prevention of breast cancer

Roger castell

            The most common cancer in women is breast cancer. In 2012, it led to the death of 11 women, aged in 900% of cases over 80 years old and one wonders why this cancer has been increasing especially for 50 years? There were indeed 30 cancers in 21700 and 1980 in 48880! What are the causes of this national tragedy and what can be done to avoid it? (1)

1 – Breast anatomy

            The biological function of the breast is to produce milk in order to nourish a newborn. Each breast contains a mammary gland (composed of fifteen to twenty compartments separated by fatty tissue) and supporting tissue which contains vessels, fibers and fat. Each of the compartments of the mammary gland consists of lobules that produce milk during lactation and ducts that flow milk to the nipple.

Breast structure    1. Intercostal muscle 2. Pectoral muscles 3. Breast lobule 4. Nipple 5. Areola 6. Milk ducts 7. Subcutaneous fat 8. SkinBreast lymph nodes

            The mammary gland develops and functions under the influence of sex hormones produced by the ovaries. These hormones are of two types:

  • estrogens, which allow breast development at puberty and play a role during pregnancy (increased blood volume to feed the baby, etc.);
  • progesterone which plays a role in the menstrual cycle, preparing the uterus for a possible pregnancy, developing the vascularization of the lining of the uterus.

            The breast is covered with vessels (blood and lymphatic). Lymph nodes and vessels make up the lymphatic system which fights infections. The breast lymph nodes are located in the armpit, above and below the collarbone and inside the chest around the sternum (internal mammary nodes).

2 – Breast diseases

A distinction is made between benign tumors and malignant tumors

            Benign tumors have well-defined contours, slow growth, a precise localization in the tissue where they appeared and they are composed of cells which resemble normal cells. The main benign tumor is fibroadenoma and other minor ailments are cysts and hyperplasia. These masses are not necessarily cancerous, only an examination done after a biopsy can tell that it is cancer.

Malignant tumors, on the other hand, have poorly defined contours. The cells are different from normal cells (shape, size). These malignant tumors tend to colonize neighboring tissues, to form a new secondary tumor called a metastasis.

3 – Risk factors for breast cancer

         According to official statistics from the IVS (Health Watch Institute), the number of breast cancers doubled between 1980 and 2012. The statistics every 5 years are as follows.

            Specialists say that several risk factors influence the occurrence of breast cancer. In this multifactorial disease, most distinguish between:

-external risks, related to the environment (pollution) and living conditions (stress, conflicts);

-internal risks, depending on the individual: age, sex, family history, but above all the lifestyle on which it is possible to act.

4 – Active prevention of breast cancer according to BEVincent

The official prevention of breast cancer consists of eliminating risk factors and carrying out screening. Active prevention aims to encourage women to take charge of themselves in order to avoid the onset of this disease. The health program includes 4 steps: eliminate carcinogens, purify the body, strengthen (immunity and adopt a healthy lifestyle.

1 - Eliminate your exposure to carcinogens

            Carcinogens can create cancer by damaging cell membranes. Most are brought in by air, drink, food, medical techniques and stress.

* Smoking. All studies confirm that smoking is the cause of a third of human cancers, in particular cancers of the lungs, the aero-digestive tract (mouth, larynx, esophagus), abdominal organs (bladder, kidneys, pancreas, etc.). ). But tobacco with its bioelectronic measures (alkaline and very oxidized) contributes to cancerizing all the organs and it is therefore probably involved in certain breast cancers.

* Alcoholism. Alcohol acts by irritating the mucous membranes (mouth, larynx, esophagus) and by intoxicating the liver. It weakens the glands (including the breast), especially when combined with tobacco.

* Water supply. Despite the assertions of the authorities, this water from polluted rivers (nitrates, pesticides, heavy metals) is of mediocre quality. She undergoes treatments with products carcinogenic like chlorine (giving chloramines and chloroform) then it is routed through pipes made of asbestos cement and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) which are two materials suspected of being carcinogenic. It is wiser not to drink this water.

* “Caloric” overeating.

            This food based on sugars (pastries, confectionery, syrup), saturated fats (deli meats, pastries) and starchy in excess (pasta, rice, potatoes), is responsible for obesity. However, the reserve fatty tissue around and in the breast stores and transforms inactive hormones into very active derivatives with high carcinogenic potential. (2)

* Overconsumption of calcium (dairy products, hard water, calcium medicines), is responsible for calcium crystallizations in breast cysts, which can degenerate.

* Medical techniques can paradoxically disturb the breast, especially X-rays (radio, mammography), hormonal treatment (THS), the pill and biopsy. They can contribute to cause breast cancer or be the direct cause (3)

* Emotional shock (humiliation, remorse, conflicts, etc.) can create somatization and the appearance of breast cancer. Psychotherapy is essential to free oneself from the consequences of the shock (4)

2 - Purify your body every year.

            Winter dietary restriction as a health factor became evident when studying cancer-free people who practice winter fasting. (5) This observation was then confirmed with animals that resisted carcinogens only thanks to a reduction in food.. The restriction is practiced by several communities (Christian, Jewish, Muslim).

Supplementing it with toxic reduction and drainage practices further improves its effectiveness. This makeover aims to put the body in a digestive semi-rest, to save neuroendocrine energy, to promote the elimination of toxins and to allow the immune system to use its defense capacities to neutralize micro-cancers present (6)

            Active prevention therefore proposes to women to do a biological cleansing of approximately 30 days each year, if possible between February 10 and March 21, choosing the duration (20 to 40 days) according to age and state of health. The scheme consists of reduce carbohydrates as much as possible (sugars, cakes, cereals, pasta and even whole-grain rice, lentils, peas, potatoes, mushrooms, desserts) and to eat 80% of plants (fruits and vegetables). The digestive semi-rest helps to lose weight (about 5%) and increase vitality!

- Recommended power supply.

In the morning take a bowl of juicy fruits (kiwi, pear), a handful of oleaginous fruits (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts), another of dried seeds (sesame, squash, flax) reduced to powder and a hot drink (rosemary, green tea… ). Lacto-fermented muesli can be a valid alternative (7)

At noon take a plate of raw vegetables (salad, avocado, carrots and grated beets, lacto-fermented and sprouted seeds with virgin olive oil, herbs and cider vinegar) and a dish including fish (hake, sole, sea bass, whiting, red mullet , tuna, sea bream) or poultry with slow-steamed vegetables (eggplant, green beans, pepper, zucchini) and cruciferous vegetables (cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli).

Evening have a root vegetable soup (reducers) little salty (turnip, leeks, onions, carrots, Jerusalem artichokes, rutabagas) and an egg if necessary (4 per week). Complete your meals with some organic sourdough bread and once a day 30g of unpasteurized milk cheese or organic natural yogurt.

As a drink, drink 1,5 liters of low-mineral spring water (dry residue < 120 mg/l), herbal teas (herbal teas, green tea, etc.) and if necessary a glass of quality red wine per day at most.

Take the time to savour, chew well and get up from the table with a light stomach. Replace the salt with herbs (garlic, onion, shallots, parsley, thyme, mint, basil). Eliminate foods containing toxins (preservatives, dyes, pesticides, plastic packaging). Eliminate sugary drinks (sodas, syrups, lemonades), exciting drinks (coffee, coke, etc.) and alcoholic drinks (aperitif, beer, digestive) which bring too many calories and inconveniences.

* Disposal practices

            They promote the drainage of toxins, de-electrification and mental relaxation. Hepatic plants purify the liver (black radish juice, boldo, artichoke). Diuretic plants help the kidneys (dandelion, black currant, cherry tail). Hot baths and the sauna make you sweat (with caution for blood). Contact with earth neutralizes static electricity. Relaxation techniques reduce muscle tension and calm the mind.

3 - Strengthen the immune system.

            The food flood contains the best antioxidants, the 3 vitamins (C, A, E) and the 2 trace elements (zinc and selenium). If necessary, specialized laboratories offer food supplements that combine several of these vitalizing nutrients.

The seven recommended foods with properties reductive (anti-cancer according to the BEV) should be consumed as often as possible. Omega 3 fatty acids fatty fish (herring, mackerel, cod, salmon, tuna, sardines) reduce the risk of breast cancer because they reduce inflammatory processes that create free radicals that damage cell membranes. The spices (garlic, parsley, chives, shallots) are the most powerful antioxidants.

crucifers (green cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli), stimulate liver detoxification by blocking the action of toxins and carcinogens. Pigmented plants (carrot, pepper, tomato, seaweed, etc.), are rich in carotenoids and antioxidant nutrients which are powerful anti-carcinogens. Sprouted seeds et lacto-fermented vegetables are abundant sources of vitamins, enzymes and trace elements. At last, medicinal plants with a bitter taste are antioxidants (rosemary, ginseng, ginger).

4 - Adopt a healthy lifestyle.

We should complete the hypo-caloric and vitalizing diet recommended, respecting the needs for muscular activity (60 minutes per day of brisk walking to activate and breathe) and rest (relaxation, leisure, sleep). Smokers will have to free themselves from tobacco and sedentary people will have to resume physical activity. Choose a place where the air is healthy (forest, park, etc.).

Prevention is better than cure.

            Active prevention of breast cancer is based on health imperatives that are relatively easy to implement with a little motivation. It can help reduce the number of cancers by 80%. This objective, which is now completely realistic, should lead all women to act in order to preserve as long as possible this priceless asset that is health.
